Amazon is just really, really bad at making good entertainment. They should have left the He-Man reveal out of the trailer. The people who know would have something to look forward to and the ones who don’t would be surprised by it. Same for Skeletor.

Bringing this into the real world seems like such a big misstep. They made the same mistake in the 80s movie. I get why a studio would be nervous in the 80s to make the whole thing in Eternia, but in a post LOTR, GOT, MCU, DnD, BBQ world audiences can handle a fantasy world on its own.
